1. What's with the business card in each photo? The business card has been placed in each photo to give perspective of size of the bag. The card should allow you to guage the size of the bag more accurately as we all know the size of a standard business card!!
2. Is purchasing bags on this site safe and secure? Research suggests that security is one of the biggest single influencing factors as to why people do not shop on the Internet.  This is one of the reasons for our policy of openness. We are more than happy to share all of our company details with you, and moreover actively encourage your feedback, be it good, bad or indifferent. We are also happy to share with you our security policies - both online and offline.
   
   TheHandbagExchange uses Realex, Ireland's leading on-line payment services company to process our credit card transactions in order to ensure secure online payments. TheHandbagExchange personnel have no access to credit card details at any time. Realex use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt credit card details, with a 256-bit encryption. 4. Is the bag in the photo the actual bag I will receive? Yes! We photograph each of the bags as they are uploaded to the site. The bag in the photo is the one you will receive!
5. Explain the measurements?

   Where measurements are given they are as accurate as possible as many bags change shape when contents have been added.

   All measurements are in cm, therefore a bag that reads 20W x 15H x 10D means it is 20cm wide x 15cm high x 10cm deep. (To convert to inches divide each number by 2.54!!!)

6. Can I see more photos of a particular bag? Some of the bags on the site have wonderful features and details that cannot be included in the one picture we use on the site.  However we do take additional pictures of some of the bags. So if you would like to receive an additional view of a bag or of a particular detail in a bag, please email us and we will do our best to get it to you. Please be sure to include the bag reference with your request!
7. How can I place an order? You can choose from any of the following options:

   Phone: Call us on 086 604 2424 (outside Ireland +353 86 604 2424) Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30. If you call outside normal office hours please leave a voicemail message with your details and we will contact you first thing on the next business day.
   
   Orders are processed during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday 9.00 - 5.30. Weekend, bank holiday, national holiday and evening orders are processed the following business day.
8. Can I change the delivery address after I have placed my order? Yes, we will be more than happy to amend the delivery address details for you if the goods have not already been shipped.  But since "super efficiency" is our middle name, we will probably have completed your order by the time you contact us!
